Renumeration

Long-haul transportation requires the expertise of professional drivers capable of safely and efficiently operating large commercial vehicles over extended distances. These roles demand individuals with a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) and a clean driving record, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include transporting goods across state lines, maintaining vehicle inspections, adhering to strict delivery schedules, and documenting cargo details. Candidates must demonstrate strong time management skills, the ability to work independently for extended periods, and a commitment to safety protocols. Prior experience in long-haul trucking is preferred, along with familiarity with route planning software and load securing techniques. Physical stamina, attention to detail, and effective communication with dispatchers and team members are essential for success in this demanding yet critical role.

Position offers a fixed remuneration package of ₦100,000 monthly, ensuring a stable and competitive base income. This compensation is structured to provide consistent financial support while aligning with industry standards for similar roles.

We provide a monthly housing allowance of ₦30,000 to assist with accommodation expenses.

Dispatch Allowance: Compensation for each trip ranges from N10,000 to N20,000, providing additional financial support for assigned duties.

Trip Allowance: Travel stipend of ₦10,000 per trip, disbursed at the end of each month.

Staff HMO pharmacists are responsible for dispensing medications, providing clinical pharmacy services, and ensuring patients receive appropriate drug therapy. They collaborate with healthcare providers to manage patient care plans, review prescriptions for safety and efficacy, and educate patients on proper medication use. Additionally, they monitor for drug interactions, adverse effects, and adherence to treatment regimens, while maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to regulatory standards. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of pharmacology and therapeutic guidelines are essential for this role.

A thirteenth-month salary is provided as part of the compensation package.

Short Trucks is responsible for the procurement, maintenance, and management of a fleet of short trucks, ensuring they are available, reliable, and in optimal working condition. This role demands a strong understanding of logistics, vehicle upkeep, and operational efficiency to meet delivery schedules and fleet performance targets. Key responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, scheduling regular maintenance checks, managing driver assignments, and overseeing fuel consumption and cost control. The ideal candidate should possess experience in fleet management, a valid commercial driver’s license, and proficiency in fleet management software. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this position.

The monthly base compensation for this position is ₦80,000.

A monthly housing allowance of twenty thousand naira (N20,000) is provided.

A travel allowance of ₦5,000 per trip is provided to cover transportation and related expenses.

Trip Allowance: A sum of ₦5,000 is provided for each trip, disbursed by the end of the month.

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) professional to oversee healthcare delivery, ensuring members receive high-quality, cost-effective services in alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of three years of experience in HMO operations, managed care, or a comparable healthcare environment. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential, as the role involves collaborating with providers, managing member services, and implementing policies to optimize health outcomes and operational efficiency. Certification in managed care or healthcare management is highly desirable, and proficiency in healthcare software and data analysis tools is required.

A thirteenth-month salary is provided annually, in addition to the standard twelve monthly payments.
