Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive with a strong drive for results to become part of our recruitment sales team. The successful candidate will be tasked with identifying and cultivating leads, proactively contacting potential clients, showcasing our recruitment and HR offerings, and leveraging persuasive phone-based communication along with relationship-building expertise to secure new business.

Prospect and cultivate leads via outbound calls, strategic referrals, and targeted online research.

Prospectively engage with corporate and non-corporate clients to advocate and market recruitment and human resources solutions.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably holding a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively across teams. The ideal applicant must demonstrate a track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
