Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating expertise in the field. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent practical experience is mandatory. The ideal applicant will possess a proven track record of leadership and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance protocols is also necessary.
Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in any discipline.
A minimum of zero to one year of direct experience in telesales, sales, customer service, or a comparable field is preferred.
