About the Role
We are looking for top-performing Customer Sales Executives with a track record of selling physical products to become part of our high-energy team at Vita foam. The successful candidates will be tasked with expanding sales revenue, nurturing key customer relationships, and providing exceptional service to turn potential buyers into long-term advocates.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry benchmarks. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive project completion, optimize workflows, and maintain high performance standards. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and innovation. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to foster trust and transparency. Lead initiatives aimed at talent development, succession planning, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Proactively pursue field-based or face-to-face sales initiatives to promote and distribute physical or tangible goods.
Explore and capitalize on fresh avenues for business expansion while systematically seeking out emerging opportunities to foster growth and development.
Develop and strengthen ongoing connections with current clients to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Drive sales performance to meet or surpass established targets and key performance indicators consistently.
Deliver exceptional after-sales assistance and address customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Compile and file periodic sales reports in adherence to established schedules and protocols.
The role necessitates a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with at least three years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results in previous positions.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of three years of proven track record in selling physical products—such as fast-moving consumer goods, electronics, furniture, or industrial supplies—you bring valuable hands-on experience to our team.
