Ensure that reception areas, treatment rooms, offices, and common areas are consistently kept clean and well-organized.
Maintain clinic facilities in a consistently clean, hygienic, and professional condition at all times.
Assist in maintaining adequate inventory levels of office and cleaning supplies, ensuring they are properly stocked and readily available when needed. Monitor usage patterns to anticipate replenishment requirements and prevent shortages, thereby supporting efficient operations and minimizing disruptions.
When necessary, ensure beverages and snacks are provided for guests.
Provide administrative assistance by managing document filing, maintaining organized records, and performing routine office errands to ensure efficient daily operations.
We extend a warm welcome to clients upon their arrival and ensure they are directed appropriately to their destination.
Provide support for appointment confirmations and handle routine client inquiries as needed.
Assist the team in delivering a seamless and positive client experience.
Maintain prompt reporting of any maintenance issues, supply shortages, or operational concerns as they arise.
Perform any other reasonable tasks as directed by management.
Requirements
A preference for female applicants is indicated for the operational and facility management aspects of this position.
A high school diploma, Ordinary National Diploma (OND), or an equivalent educational credential is required.
Candidates with prior experience in administrative support, janitorial services, front desk operations, client relations, or comparable positions will be given preference.
Effective communication and strong interpersonal abilities are essential for this role.
