Job Summary

We seek a conscientious and meticulous Office Cleaner dedicated to upholding a consistently clean, secure, and sanitary workplace.

The successful applicant will maintain office environments in a consistently clean and professional state.

Oversee and execute critical duties that include managing departmental operations, ensuring adherence to organizational policies, and fostering collaboration across teams to achieve strategic objectives. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Lead project initiatives from inception to completion, coordinating resources and stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a liaison between senior management and operational staff to facilitate clear communication and alignment with company goals.

Regularly clean and maintain office floors by sweeping and mopping to ensure a clean, safe, and presentable workspace.

Clean and sanitize restrooms thoroughly, paying close attention to sinks, toilets, and mirrors to maintain optimal hygiene standards. Ensure all surfaces are free of dirt, grime, and germs, and that supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper are adequately stocked.

Dust furniture, equipment, and all accessible surfaces thoroughly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Properly empty waste bins and handle trash disposal in accordance with established waste management guidelines.

Maintain pristine windows, glass surfaces, and doors by ensuring they are thoroughly cleaned and free of streaks or smudges.

Restock cleaning and hygiene essentials, including soap and tissue, to ensure availability at all times.

Ensure the office kitchen remains consistently clean and well-organized at all times. This includes regularly cleaning countertops, appliances, and shared utensils, as well as promptly addressing spills or messes. Maintain an orderly arrangement of supplies and dispose of any expired or spoiled food items immediately. Promote good hygiene practices among staff by encouraging proper use of the space and reporting any maintenance issues to the facilities team.

Identify and promptly report any maintenance or repair issues observed while performing cleaning duties.

Proper handling and storage of cleaning tools and materials must be ensured at all times.

Requirements

Holders of a Senior Secondary Certificate of Education (SSC) or its equivalent qualification are required.

Proficiency in cleaning tasks constitutes an additional asset for this role.

The position requires a meticulous approach to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Demonstrated capacity to operate effectively with minimal oversight while maintaining high standards of productivity and accountability.

Accomplishes tasks consistently and efficiently while meeting deadlines with a strong sense of dependability.

Capable of performing cleaning duties with the necessary physical fitness and stamina.
