The ideal candidate will be tasked with overseeing and executing a range of duties, including but not limited to:
Menu planning, managing all kitchen operations, and handling kitchen inventory are essential duties, along with training kitchen staff.
Staying informed about the latest developments in the industry and ensuring the quality of ingredients are key responsibilities of this role.
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment is essential.
Monitoring kitchen inventory involves placing orders and conducting regular stock takes to ensure all essential ingredients and supplies are consistently available.
With their team, they are responsible for planning dishes and delivering outstanding presentations.
Ensure all cooking equipment is properly arranged and set up at the workstation.
Responsible for managing the continuous cleaning and sanitization of dishes while also contributing culinary creations to enhance and expand the menu offerings.
Proficient in crafting both international and regional culinary specialties, encompassing a strong command of pastry techniques, grilling methods, and other specialized dishes.
