Requirements

A Bachelor of Science degree or Higher National Diploma in disciplines such as Human Resource Management or Business Administration is required.

Requires a minimum of three to four years of hands-on HR experience, ideally within the Real Estate or Property Management industry.

Possesses comprehensive expertise in Nigerian labor legislation and contemporary human resources management standards.

Skilled in utilizing HR software and HRIS platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, with a high degree of proficiency.

Proven ability to communicate effectively, manage tasks efficiently, and collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and stakeholders.
