The MEAL Officer will spearhead monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning initiatives to uphold exceptional project execution, accurate progress tracking, data-driven decision-making, and adherence to donor requirements. This role involves conducting on-site assessments, facilitating reporting processes, and fostering a culture of continuous organizational growth.
Oversee and execute key operational duties to ensure seamless business functionality, including managing daily processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining compliance with established policies. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive efficiency, enhance productivity, and support organizational growth objectives. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making. Collaborate with department heads to align resources, streamline workflows, and foster innovation across the organization. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards while cultivating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute comprehensive Project MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) plans, design indicator tracking tables, and establish robust performance monitoring frameworks to ensure effective project oversight and evaluation.
Accurate collection, verification, analysis, and reporting of project data must be diligently performed to ensure integrity and reliability.
Perform routine field monitoring visits to evaluate progress, quality, and adherence to requirements.
Track and evaluate the successful realization of project deliverables, results, and measurable benchmarks to ensure alignment with established objectives.
Conduct baseline, midline, and Edline assessments, surveys, and evaluations to measure progress and impact effectively.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting routine verification and validation exercises to maintain high-quality standards.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in accordance with established guidelines and deadlines.
Collect and record community feedback systematically for future reference and analysis.
Conduct learning reviews and facilitate reflection meetings to enhance educational outcomes.
Deliver expert technical assistance in Monitoring and Evaluation methodologies.
