Job Summary

We are looking for a highly intelligent, forward-thinking, and digitally proficient Graduate Trainee Intern (NYC Corps Member) to become part of our team.

The successful applicant should hold a degree in Computer Science or a closely related field and demonstrate foundational expertise or practical experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and online research.

This position provides a prime opportunity to acquire hands-on experience across technology, digital marketing, travel, and education consulting while supporting the organization’s expansion.

Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to drive organizational success; develop and implement policies that enhance efficiency and compliance; collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with performance metrics; monitor progress through detailed reporting and data analysis; ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal standards; foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement; and mentor employees to cultivate talent and maximize productivity.

Assist in the strategic development and implementation of digital marketing initiatives across multiple online channels.

Support the expansion and oversight of the company’s social media platforms by executing strategic initiatives and fostering audience engagement.

Develop compelling content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and website updates.

Perform comprehensive online research to analyze current market trends, evaluate competitors, and track industry advancements.

Support website content updates and perform foundational SEO tasks as needed.

Facilitate lead generation initiatives via online platforms and digital marketing avenues to drive potential customer engagement and conversion.

Track social media interactions and address inquiries as needed.

Develop basic graphics, presentations, and marketing materials with design software to support visual communication initiatives.

Prepare comprehensive reports detailing digital marketing performance metrics and the outcomes of marketing campaigns.

Deliver comprehensive administrative and technical assistance across multiple departments as directed.

Monitor and evaluate the latest advancements in digital tools, technologies, and online marketing trends to ensure ongoing relevance and strategic alignment.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field is required.

A valid NYC Corps Member currently serving in Lagos State is required.

Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Creation, or SEO is required.

Proficient in conducting thorough internet research and demonstrating advanced computer skills.

Proficient in utilizing tools including Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and various social media platforms.

Proficiency in website management and digital technologies is highly beneficial.

Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication is required.

Highly innovative, driven, and eager to acquire new skills and knowledge.

Demonstrates strong self-motivation and the capacity to collaborate effectively with colleagues while contributing to team objectives.

Demonstrates exceptional precision and analytical skills in addressing challenges.

Preferred Skills:
