Responsibilities
Ensure the compound and its adjacent surroundings remain in pristine condition at all times by conducting regular cleaning and maintenance activities.
Perform floor maintenance by sweeping and mopping, and ensure waste is disposed of in accordance with established procedures.
Maintain a consistently clean and organized environment on a daily basis.
Maintain stringent adherence to established safety protocols and hygiene regulations to ensure a secure and sanitary environment.
Complete any additional cleaning-related tasks as instructed, ensuring all responsibilities are fulfilled thoroughly and efficiently.
Seeking a detail-oriented individual with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, proficient in project management software, and holding a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is essential, along with the capability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaborative work environments.
