The ideal candidate will oversee prompt and efficient transportation services, uphold the assigned vehicle in optimal operational condition, and strictly comply with all traffic laws and company-established protocols.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Serve as a primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration to drive project success. Responsibilities include securely conveying employees, executives, clients, and guests to their specified destinations in accordance with established safety protocols.

Perform regular vehicle inspections to identify faults, damages, or required maintenance, and document findings in a timely manner.

Maintain meticulous documentation of all trips, mileage logs, fuel consumption records, and maintenance actions performed.

Provide support by transporting and retrieving documents, parcels, and other company property as needed.
Develop optimized travel itineraries to minimize delays and guarantee punctual arrival at all scheduled destinations.

Candidates for this position must possess a minimum of five years of progressive experience in a related field, alongside a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
