Job Summary

Are you a driven sales professional who consistently delivers results in FMCG, logistics, supply chain, or cold-chain solutions?

Omni Fresh is growing its decentralized cold-storage network throughout Lagos and seeks a skilled Business Development Manager to enhance the occupancy rates of our chilled and frozen storage facilities.

What you’ll do

We seek a professional to source and integrate manufacturers, distributors, and importers into our supply chain network. The role involves establishing strategic partnerships with key industry players to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient operations. Responsibilities include evaluating potential partners for reliability, compliance, and competitive advantage, as well as negotiating favorable terms to enhance supply chain performance. Experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain coordination is required, with a strong ability to assess market trends and build mutually beneficial relationships.

Secure long-term agreements for the leasing of pallet storage facilities.

Develop and oversee a robust and expanding sales pipeline to drive revenue growth and ensure consistent business development.

Analyze market data to identify and capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities.

Promote widespread adoption of Omni Fresh’s innovative cold-storage solutions throughout target markets.

What we’re looking for:

Achieved success in business-to-business sales or business development roles.

Commercial acumen and negotiation expertise represent essential competencies for this role.

Professional candidates will possess demonstrated expertise in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), logistics operations, supply chain management, or allied fields.

Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and adept at leveraging data analytics to inform strategic decisions.

Driven by ambitious targets and a proven ability to consistently finalize agreements, the ideal candidate brings a results-oriented approach to securing deals.
