Responsibilities
Ensure the vehicle schedule plan is meticulously monitored and promptly distributed to all relevant stakeholders.
Oversee the drivers, ensuring they sanitize their vehicles and submit the daily vehicle maintenance checklist in a timely manner.
The position involves overseeing the upkeep of company vehicles, coordinating maintenance and repair services, and verifying that all required documentation is secured in a timely manner.
Oversee the facility’s cleanliness by managing the daily operations of the cleaning staff and verifying that all assigned tasks are completed thoroughly and consistently.
Verify that all office infrastructure, including supplies, electrical systems, maintenance, repairs, internet connectivity, and communication functions, operate efficiently and reliably.
Overseeing the organization and meticulous filing of all administrative company documents is essential to maintaining efficiency and compliance within our operations. This role involves ensuring that documents are accurately managed, stored, and readily accessible whenever needed.
Collaborate with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) coordinator to thoroughly examine all documented incidents, including near-misses and accidents.
