Perform on-site monitoring, gather plant operational data, and document any irregularities observed.
Responsibilities include managing and maintaining pumps, compressors, reboilers, separators, as well as LPG and CNG loading stations.
Execute plan start-up and shutdown operations with precision, ensuring adherence to established protocols and safety standards. Implement and oversee Lockout/Ragout (LOT) procedures diligently to mitigate risks during maintenance activities.
Operate fractionation towers, including euthanizes, deproteinizes, and debutantes, along with associated auxiliary systems.
Oversee and enhance fractionation processes through the central control room to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Ensure LPG product specifications are maintained by analyzing and interpreting GC data.
Provide assistance to emergency response initiatives as required.
Requirements:
Holders of an HND, B.Sc., or B.Eng. degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences are required.
Membership in the National Stock Exchange (USE) or the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) is required.
Professional certification from CORE Nor an equivalent body is required.
A minimum of ten years of relevant experience in a comparable facility is required.
HOP/HAMID training would be a valuable additional qualification.
