Review garments meticulously to confirm stitching precision, pattern alignment, dye uniformity, sizing accuracy, and flawless finishing, ensuring full compliance with the company’s stringent quality benchmarks.
Develop and oversee production schedules in collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution.
Facilitate coordination and synchronization between internal and external manufacturing facilities, dye houses, and suppliers to establish shared priorities and adhere to agreed-upon delivery schedules.
Oversee the tracking of inventory levels for raw materials, production supplies, and finished goods to ensure optimal availability and minimize shortages.
Oversee connections with domestic and global fabric and material vendors to uphold stringent quality standards and ensure punctual shipments.
Direct and facilitate the production team’s operations to foster high performance, accountability, and seamless collaboration.
Proactively evaluate processes to uncover avenues for elevating production efficiency, minimizing errors, and expediting turnaround times, all while upholding stringent quality standards.
Person Specifications
A bachelor’s degree is required; possession of an MBA or a relevant professional certification is advantageous.
Minimum 12 years of professional experience is required, including a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
