Role Summary

As the Community Manager, you embody the dynamic energy that pulses through our office—often playfully referred to as “the office baddie.” You seamlessly blend the roles of host, facilitator, and culture architect, acting as the vital link connecting our physical environment, team members, and brand identity.

Reporting to the Head of Brand and Comes, your role will involve crafting an outstanding, cohesive office experience designed to ensure every employee and guest feels valued, motivated, and well-supported. By planning engaging social activities and overseeing the upkeep of the workspace, you will transform the office into a dynamic hub where staff are eager to contribute each day.

Job Description

Provide exceptional hospitality by overseeing front-of-house operations and functioning as the primary liaison for employees and guests at the front desk.

Assist with the arrangement and coordination of domestic and international air travel, as well as hotel accommodations, and manage visa application procedures for multiple countries.

Workspace Operations: Maintain a clean, orderly, and fully operational office environment while overseeing facility repairs and coordinating procurement efforts in partnership with the operations team.

Culture & Events: Organize and oversee in-office gatherings, team-building exercises, and educational workshops to cultivate a sense of community and collaboration among employees.

Leverage digital platforms and internal directories to foster collaboration and engagement between remote and on-site team members, strengthening overall team cohesion.

You will foster strong relationships by proactively addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and championing the employee experience as a dedicated advocate.

Gathering and evaluating feedback serves as a crucial mechanism for identifying opportunities to enhance both services and facilities.

Candidates must fulfill several essential criteria to be considered for the position. Organizational Multitasking: Balancing day-to-day front-desk operations with tour reservations and workspace coordination concurrently.

Event Planning & Facilitation: Curating and executing team-building events, social functions, and professional development opportunities to maintain a dynamic and cohesive community.

The community manager must demonstrate rapid problem-solving capabilities, addressing issues such as Wi-Fi disruptions, overbooked meeting spaces, or guest complaints with quick and effective resolution.

Proficient familiarity with digital communication platforms and member directories to facilitate seamless connectivity among remote and on-site personnel, such as Slack, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365.

Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Teams and other workplace management software is considered a plus.

Excellent abilities in fostering meaningful relationships and collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

A background in administration, hospitality, or the luxury industry—along with prior experience as a community manager—is advantageous.
