Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with at least three years of professional experience in software development, IT infrastructure, or cybersecurity. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is required, along with familiarity with database management systems and cloud computing platforms. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Additionally, candidates must possess excellent communication abilities to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Holders of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline are required for this role.
With a minimum of 0 to 2 years of direct experience in Sales Management, candidates should possess a proven track record in driving revenue growth and leading sales teams effectively.
Insurance industry experience is considered an additional asset for this role.
