Our client, a premier Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firm, seeks a Process Improvement & Implementation Manager to spearhead organization-wide execution, governance, and operational excellence initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Implement policies, workflows, SOPs, and internal SLAs to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to organizational standards.

Collaborate seamlessly with various departments to ensure cohesive, end-to-end execution of initiatives.

Monitor initiatives, evaluate timelines, assess risks, and measure adoption progress to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Enhance reporting governance and strengthen operational accountability to ensure robust oversight and compliance standards are consistently met.

Facilitate the standardization of processes and drive ongoing enhancements to operational efficiency.

Collaborate closely with senior management to guarantee the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

With a minimum of five years of professional experience in process improvement, Project Management Office (PMO), transformation initiatives, operations, governance frameworks, or business analysis.

Exceptionally adept at coordinating projects and engaging stakeholders, demonstrating robust communication and organizational capabilities to ensure seamless collaboration and successful outcomes.

Proven track record in establishing and optimizing operational workflows spanning multiple teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and heightened efficiency. Demonstrates expertise in designing scalable processes that align with organizational objectives while fostering cross-functional integration. Strong ability to identify process gaps, implement structured solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational performance.

Proficiency in utilizing reporting dashboards, monitoring service level agreement (SLA) compliance, and overseeing workflow management is required.

Proficiency in EPC, engineering, oil and gas, telecom, consulting, or structured corporate settings is highly advantageous.

PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.

Required qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is preferred, along with familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is a keen attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required, and additional certifications in project management or data analysis are a plus.

Analyze and document existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Develop detailed process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams using specialized tools such as Vision or Lucid chart. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate process inputs and outputs, and ensure accuracy in mapping. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and process optimization initiatives.

Design and maintain reporting and tracking dashboards to provide real-time insights into key performance indicators and operational metrics. Ensure dashboards are accurate, visually intuitive, and accessible to stakeholders across departments. Update and refine dashboards regularly to reflect evolving business needs and data sources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate data integrity. Troubleshoot issues and optimize dashboard performance to enhance usability and reliability.
