Do you possess a strong track record of establishing operational frameworks, executing process improvements, and fostering seamless collaboration across multiple departments in a dynamic environment?

Our client, a premier Engineering, Procurement, and Construction firm, seeks a Process Improvement & Implementation Manager to spearhead organization-wide execution, governance, and operational excellence initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Implement policies, workflows, SOPs, and internal SLAs with precision and accountability.

Oversee the seamless integration of initiatives spanning multiple departments to ensure cohesive and efficient execution.

Monitor progress, oversee timelines, identify potential risks, and assess adoption rates for various initiatives.

Enhance reporting governance frameworks and operational accountability measures to ensure accuracy, transparency, and adherence to established standards.

Facilitate the standardization of processes and champion ongoing enhancements to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.

Collaborate closely with senior management to drive the successful implementation of key strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

With a minimum of five years of hands-on experience, you will bring expertise in process improvement, project management office (PMO) methodologies, organizational transformation, operational efficiency, governance frameworks, or business analysis.

Experienced in facilitating effective collaboration and alignment among stakeholders, as well as adept at managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution.

Demonstrated ability to design and deploy operational processes effectively across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and seamless integration of workflows.

Proficiency in utilizing reporting dashboards, monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), and overseeing workflow management processes is essential.

Experience in EPC, engineering, oil and gas, telecom, consulting, or structured corporate settings will be viewed favorably.

Having PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications is advantageous.

Proficient in utilizing a variety of technical tools and methodologies, including [list specific tools if applicable]. Demonstrates strong proficiency in [specific skill, e.g., data analysis, project management software, programming languages]. Exhibits expertise in [relevant field or competency] with a focus on efficiency and precision. Process mapping involves documenting and analyzing the sequence of activities within a workflow to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or redundancies. This role requires the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather detailed process data, interpret findings, and propose actionable improvements. Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies is essential, along with strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and assess the impact of proposed changes. Responsibilities include creating visual representations of workflows, conducting root cause analyzes, and facilitating discussions to align stakeholders on optimization strategies.

Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and tracking dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-time insights into key performance indicators, operational metrics, and data trends, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of critical business information for informed decision-making.

The role entails facilitating and managing the processes related to change implementation within the organization. This position requires a strong ability to plan, organize, and oversee various change initiatives while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Key responsibilities include assessing the impact of changes, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and maintaining clear communication throughout the transition. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the capacity to lead teams through periods of transition effectively.

Proactive engagement with stakeholders is essential to ensure alignment, address concerns, and maintain productive relationships across all levels of the organization. This role requires the ability to identify key stakeholders, anticipate their needs, and facilitate effective communication to support project objectives and business goals. Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation expertise, and a collaborative mindset are critical to managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and fostering trust among diverse groups. Additionally, the capacity to analyze stakeholder influence and adapt strategies accordingly is vital for driving successful outcomes.

Proficiency with Vision, Lucidchart, or comparable diagramming software is required.
