Perform on-site monitoring, gather plant data, and document any irregularities encountered during inspections.
Operate and maintain pumps, compressors, reboilers, separators, and LPG/CNG loading stations as part of daily responsibilities to ensure efficient facility operations and adherence to safety protocols.
Execute plan start-up and shutdown operations while adhering to Lockout/Ragout (LOT) procedures.
Operate fractionation towers, including euthanizes, deproteinizes, and debutantes, as well as associated auxiliary systems.
Monitor and fine-tune fractionation processes remotely from the central control room to ensure optimal efficiency and performance.
Ensure LPG product specifications are maintained by utilizing Gas Chromatography (GC) data.
Respond promptly to emergency situations and contribute to response efforts.
Requirements:
HND, B.Sc., or B.Eng. degrees in Engineering or Physical Sciences are required.
Membership of NSE/SPE.
Requires possession of CORE certification or an equivalent professional credential.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a comparable facility is required.
HOP/HAMID training would be a beneficial qualification.
