Deliver comprehensive English Language instruction to students spanning Key Stage 3, along with IGCSE, BEE, WAEC, and NECK classes, where relevant.

Enhance students’ mastery of grammar, writing, comprehension, literary analysis, public speaking, and critical thinking skills.
Develop and execute lesson plans that comply with the requirements of both the British and Nigerian educational frameworks.
Track student progress diligently and apply targeted intervention measures as needed to address academic or behavioral challenges.
Leverage educational technology and digital resources to elevate instructional effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
Facilitate advancements in curriculum design and lead key departmental enhancement projects.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in English, English Education, Linguistics, Literature in English, or a related field is required for this position.
A minimum of three years of effective secondary school teaching experience is required.
Skilled in equipping students with the necessary tools to excel in WAEC, NECK, Checkpoint, IGCSE, or comparable examinations.
A strong command of the subject and exceptional ability to communicate effectively are essential.
Proven expertise in effectively managing classroom dynamics and fostering student engagement.
A strong candidate should demonstrate exceptional technological proficiency, with a track record of effectively utilizing educational technology, digital assessment platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, interactive classroom tools, and AI-driven instructional resources.
Possessing TRCN certification and postgraduate qualifications would be advantageous.
