Kong is in search of a seasoned and goal-oriented Flagship Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a prominent retail location in IKEA. The successful applicant will be tasked with enhancing sales outcomes, upholding operational standards, and guiding a high-performing store team to success.
Overseeing a range of critical duties, the role involves managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with established protocols, coordinating team efforts to meet project deadlines, and maintaining high standards of quality across all deliverables. Additionally, the position requires developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive efficiency, fostering collaboration among departments, and providing guidance to junior staff to support their professional growth. The individual will also be expected to analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance productivity.
Oversee the daily operations of the flagship store to ensure optimal functionality and seamless performance.
Directly guide, mentor, and coach store team members to consistently meet and exceed established performance benchmarks.
Propel revenue expansion while maintaining outstanding levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, established standards, and operational protocols.
Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and analyze store performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency and optimal resource allocation.
Devise and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing both profitability and operational efficiency within the store environment.
Requirements:
A minimum of three to five years of hands-on retail management experience, ideally within a large or flagship store environment, is required.
Demonstrated expertise in guiding and motivating teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and effectively overseeing individual and collective performance.
Consistently exceeds established sales targets, demonstrating a strong ability to drive revenue growth and meet performance benchmarks.
Proven expertise in delivering exceptional customer service coupled with strong operational management capabilities is required. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in both areas to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient process oversight.
