Performs a diverse array of duties essential to organizational operations, including strategic project coordination, stakeholder communication, and process optimization. Responsible for conducting detailed analyses to identify inefficiencies and proposing data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and profitability. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to align objectives with company goals while ensuring adherence to established timelines and budgets. Provides leadership in managing teams, delegating tasks, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Additionally, oversees the preparation of comprehensive reports to track performance metrics and support executive decision-making.

Achieves or surpasses predefined sales targets for the Company’s Machines and Lift Truck product portfolio across the Nigerian market.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

Secure orders that meet or exceed agreed-upon targets while strategically negotiating equipment sales to secure high-value projects.

Verify complete and timely receipt of payments for all units sold, ensuring accurate preparation of all required sales documentation.

Conduct field visits to current and potential clients to achieve comprehensive coverage across the assigned territory.

Drive strategic expansion of the company’s product portfolio within the designated market, securing an increased share of prospective clients through proactive engagement and conversion initiatives.

Deliver specialized technical guidance and support pertaining to products for both existing and potential customers.

Gather and disseminate market and competitive insights as needed to support strategic decision-making.

Uphold a positive corporate image while fostering clear, consistent communication between clients/customers and MNL Management.
