Develop, maintain, and evaluate comprehensive project schedules spanning Levels 1 through 4, covering phases from engineering to construction.
Compile and distribute comprehensive progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring they are delivered to project stakeholders promptly and efficiently.
Track and evaluate progress using S-curves, the critical path method, and Earned Value Management (EVM) to ensure accurate performance measurement and project control.
Ensure invoicing accuracy by meticulously documenting progress and tracking milestones.
Collaborate with project teams to maintain consistency and coordination among engineering, procurement, construction, cost control, and document control departments.
Ensure meticulous maintenance of current project schedules, forecasts, and control reports with precision and accuracy.
Offer strategic guidance in the development and implementation of project execution and control methodologies to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Requires extensive expertise in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proficient in the EPC project lifecycle, progress tracking methodologies, Critical Path Method (CPM), and effective reporting strategies.
PMP certification is highly desirable.
