Develop, maintain, and evaluate project schedules, ranging from Levels 1 to 4, spanning the engineering phase through to construction.
Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress updates to project stakeholders with punctuality and precision.
Track and evaluate progress using S-curves, the critical path method, and Earned Value Management (EVM) to ensure accurate measurement of project performance.
Ensure precise invoicing by meticulously documenting progress and systematically tracking milestones.
Collaborate with project teams to facilitate seamless coordination among engineering, procurement, construction, cost control, and document control functions.
Ensure project schedules, forecasts, and control reports are consistently accurate and current.
Offer strategic contributions to the development and implementation of project execution and control methodologies.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in project management and a proven track record of delivering results within deadlines are highly desirable. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and best practices in the field is a must. A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent discipline is required.
Seeking a candidate with a proven track record of 5 to 7 years in planning and scheduling, ideally within EPC or oil & gas environments.
Proven expertise in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and advanced-level Microsoft Excel is essential.
Proficiency in the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) project lifecycle, progress tracking methodologies, critical path method (CPM), and advanced reporting strategies is required.
