JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure effective service delivery and efficient processing of all transactions in Banking Operations within the stipulated TAT.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To Support the operations team in executing transactions as it relates to the entire Operations of the Bank.
Daily proofs & effective reconciliation of Inward and Outward electronic fund transfers GLs Accounts.
Review on daily basis transactions done via the bank application vis a vis the switching company.
Daily escalation of any open items due to system issues or errors from Settlement team.
And any other task that might be assigned from time to time.
EDUCATION:
Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in Accounting, Banking and Finance or related discipline.
SKILLS NECESSARY FOR THE JOB FUNCTION:
Excellent customer service orientation.
Strong written/oral communication skills.
EXPERIENCE: 0 to 1 year of experience.
