We require a strategic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our mobile devices, phone accessories, and Solar (Energy) enterprise.

The Sales Operations Manager within a mobile phones, accessories, and solar energy business directs daily sales functions, oversees supply chain processes, and maintains performance standards. They ensure the seamless operation of wholesale and retail channels, cultivate strategic vendor partnerships, achieve revenue objectives, and enhance customer service initiatives to drive profitability.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties to ensure operational excellence, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project completion, foster innovation, and maintain high standards of performance. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize processes and enhance productivity. Serve as a liaison between departments to streamline communication, resolve interdepartmental challenges, and promote a cohesive work environment. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices while upholding rigorous quality control standards.

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and optimize inventory and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient tracking, management, and distribution of stock while maintaining seamless coordination with vendors, logistics teams, and internal departments. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, forecasting demand, negotiating with suppliers, and implementing strategies to reduce costs and minimize shortages. Proficiency in inventory management software, strong analytical abilities, and excellent organizational skills are essential. A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is required, along with prior experience in a similar role.

Maintain stock levels of popular smartphones, tablets, and frequently purchased accessories such as chargers, cases, screen guards, and Solar products to ensure sufficient availability and prevent shortages.

Responsible for managing procurement activities, facilitating customs clearance for imported goods, and ensuring the security and efficiency of warehousing and logistics operations.

Conduct regular stock audits and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage, theft, and damage.

Monitor sales performance across all physical wholesale and retail store platforms to ensure operational efficiency and strategic alignment.

Monitor and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Team Leads and on-floor sales personnel to ensure alignment with organizational goals and drive performance improvements.

Deliver outstanding customer service and after-sales assistance, providing seamless experiences from in-store product demonstrations to ongoing post-purchase support.

Oversee the complete warranty claim process from initiation to resolution, including device returns and repair management, while providing leadership and administrative oversight.

Educate and guide retail employees, fostering comprehensive product expertise and polished sales skills.

Oversee the creation and maintenance of staff schedules, track attendance records, and administer performance-based incentive programs across all company locations.

Responsibilities include monitoring daily cash reconciliations, managing petty cash funds, and preparing accurate revenue reports.

Oversee financial allocations and pinpoint avenues for expense optimization to enhance profitability.

Seeking a highly organized candidate with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment. Must possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to multitask efficiently under tight deadlines. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, along with proficiency in industry-standard software tools. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset to contribute effectively to cross-functional teams. Prior experience in project management or a related role is strongly preferred.

Education:

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a comparable discipline is required.

With a strong preference for candidates possessing five to ten years of progressively responsible operational experience, ideally within retail, consumer electronics, or telecommunications sectors.

Skills: Demonstrates a solid grasp of supply chain logistics and exhibits advanced proficiency in accounting software applications.

Proven expertise in leadership, data-informed decision-making, analytical problem-solving, and thriving in high-pressure environments is essential.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and related applications, is essential.
