Role Description
We are in search of a driven Logistics Supervisor to lead our transportation, material flow, and supply chain operations between sites and offices. The ideal candidate will manage all logistics functions—from material deliveries to driver and equipment scheduling—ensuring efficient, safe, and timely execution in alignment with project deadlines. You will oversee the daily deployment and scheduling of all transport vehicles, drivers, and heavy-duty equipment operators across various project sites.
Oversee the transportation of materials from headquarters to field sites, guaranteeing punctual arrival and precise record-keeping.
Monitor operational performance by overseeing Equipment Utilization Reports submitted by on-site teams, validating data accuracy to maintain reliable records of vehicle and operator efficiency.
Performance Monitoring: Evaluate daily logistics data to gauge the efficiency of drivers and equipment, identifying operational bottlenecks and reporting them to management.
Ensure adherence to the organization’s mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policy and verify that all logistics activities comply with site-specific safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
As the primary liaison, you will serve as the central communication hub between site clerks, the workshop, and head office, addressing and resolving logistical challenges and equipment downtime issues efficiently.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of three years of experience in financial analysis or accounting. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams are essential. Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are required, with additional preference given to those holding a CPA or CMA certification.
