We are in search of a strategic and highly organized Sales Operations Manager to manage the daily operations of our enterprise, which encompasses mobile devices, phone accessories, and Solar (Energy) products.

A Sales Operations Manager within a mobile phones, accessories, and solar energy business is responsible for supervising daily sales activities, supply chain processes, and performance control. The role involves ensuring seamless operations across wholesale and retail channels, maintaining strong vendor partnerships, meeting revenue objectives, and enhancing customer service standards to boost overall profitability.

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards. Lead cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Oversee the implementation of innovative solutions to address operational challenges while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for enhancement, and recommend data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes. Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with broader business initiatives, ensuring cohesive and sustainable growth.

We oversee and optimize inventory levels and supply chain operations to ensure seamless business performance. This role involves maintaining accurate stock records, forecasting demand, and coordinating with suppliers to secure timely deliveries. Responsibilities include managing procurement processes, mitigating supply chain risks, and implementing efficiency improvements. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in inventory management software, and experience in logistics coordination. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Responsible for ensuring adequate inventory of high-velocity smartphones, tablets, and sought-after accessories—including chargers, cases, and screen guards—as well as solar products to mitigate the risk of stock outs.

Manage the procurement process, handle customs clearance for imported products, and ensure the security of warehousing and logistics operations.

Perform periodic stock audits and develop strategic initiatives to reduce instances of shrinkage, theft, and damage.

Monitor sales performance across all physical wholesale and retail store platforms to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Team Leads and on-floor sales personnel to ensure alignment with organizational goals and performance benchmarks.

Deliver outstanding customer experiences by providing in-store product demonstrations and comprehensive after-sales support.

Oversee the complete warranty claim process from initiation to resolution, including device returns and repair coordination, while leading the Team Leadership & Administration function.

Equip retail staff with comprehensive product expertise and refined sales skills through structured training and ongoing mentorship.

Oversee staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance-based incentive programs across all locations.

Responsibilities include managing daily cash reconciliations, overseeing petty cash administration, and preparing accurate revenue reports.

Analyze financial performance by overseeing budgets and pinpointing areas where cost efficiencies can be implemented to enhance profitability.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. Effective communication and teamwork abilities are required to collaborate across departments. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to evolving industry trends. Prior experience in project management or leadership is highly desirable.

Education: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees are preferred for senior-level positions. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education, subject to approval.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience: 5 – 10 years of progressive operational experience, preferably in retail, consumer electronics, or telecommunications.

Requirements: Demonstrated expertise in supply chain logistics principles, along with advanced proficiency in accounting software applications.

Key Competencies: Demonstrates exceptional leadership capabilities, employs data-informed decision-making, excels in strategic problem-solving, and consistently delivers results under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant applications, is an essential requirement for this position.
