We are in search of a strategic and highly organized Sales Operations Manager to supervise the daily operations of our mobile devices, phone accessories, and Solar (Energy) enterprise.

A Sales Operations Manager in the mobile phones, accessories, and solar energy business is responsible for supervising daily sales activities, supply chain processes, and performance monitoring. The role involves ensuring the seamless functioning of wholesale and retail channels, fostering vendor partnerships, meeting revenue objectives, and enhancing customer service standards to boost overall profitability.

Oversee the full range of assigned duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate diverse perspectives, streamline workflows, and enhance overall productivity. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and skill development through constructive feedback and targeted training initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures proactively. Uphold compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards to mitigate risks and safeguard operational integrity. Streamline reporting processes by compiling, analyzing, and presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

Oversee the efficient administration of inventory levels and supply chain operations to ensure seamless procurement, storage, and distribution of goods. Develop and implement strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and reduce carrying costs while maintaining adequate supply to meet operational demands. Collaborate with procurement teams to source high-quality materials at competitive prices, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and evaluate vendor performance to foster long-term partnerships. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover rates, order fulfillment accuracy, and lead times to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions. Utilize inventory management software and data analytics to forecast demand, track stock movements, and generate reports for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies regarding procurement, storage, and distribution practices. Lead cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with organizational goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include ensuring sufficient inventory of high-velocity smartphones, tablets, and sought-after accessories such as chargers, protective cases, and screen shields, as well as solar products, to mitigate the risk of stock depletion.

Responsible for managing the procurement process, facilitating customs clearance for imported goods, and ensuring secure warehousing and logistics operations.

Perform periodic stock audits while developing and executing strategies to reduce instances of shrinkage, theft, and damage.

Sales & Retail Operations: Evaluate sales performance across all physical wholesale and retail store platforms.

Monitor and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Team Leads and floor sales staff to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and performance standards.

Deliver exceptional customer service, encompassing both in-store product demonstrations and comprehensive after-sales support, to foster outstanding customer experiences.

Oversee the complete warranty claim process, encompassing device returns and repairs, in the capacity of Team Leadership & Administration.

Train and develop retail staff to cultivate strong product expertise and refine sales capabilities, while providing ongoing guidance and support.

Responsible for overseeing staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and incentive programs tied to performance across all facilities.

Responsible for managing daily cash reconciliations, overseeing petty cash operations, and preparing accurate revenue reports.

Oversee financial allocations and pinpoint avenues for cost savings to optimize profitability.

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee and manage daily operations with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in process optimization. Requirements include a minimum of five years in a managerial role within a fast-paced environment, proficiency in industry-specific software, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, along with the capacity to multitask in a dynamic setting. Knowledge of budget management and strategic planning is highly desirable.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is required, with preference given to candidates holding degrees in education, psychology, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience may also be considered in lieu of formal education, subject to review and approval.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of five and up to ten years of hands-on operational experience, ideally gained within retail, consumer electronics, or telecommunications sectors.

Requires a solid grasp of supply chain logistics principles and demonstrated expertise in accounting software applications.

Requires demonstrated leadership capabilities, a data-oriented approach to decision-making, adept problem-solving skills, and the capacity to perform effectively amidst challenging circumstances.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, is an essential requirement for this role.
