Job Summary

The Pharmacist oversees all daily clinical and retail pharmacy functions, guaranteeing exceptional patient care and maintaining high standards of customer service.

This position requires precise medication dispensing, delivering specialized clinical guidance, overseeing inventory management for medications, wellness items, and cosmetic products, and fostering community outreach initiatives.

Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and performance across departments. Collaborate with senior management to align business objectives with actionable initiatives, ensuring measurable outcomes and sustainable growth. Lead cross-functional teams to foster innovation, optimize workflows, and achieve key performance indicators. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to inform data-driven decision-making and proactive adjustments. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to cultivate a high-performing, motivated workforce. Represent the organization in external engagements, including partnerships, stakeholder communications, and industry events. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and corporate governance frameworks while upholding accountability and transparency in all operations.

Ensure precise dispensing of medications strictly in compliance with prescribed orders and applicable regulatory standards.

Deliver expert clinical counseling to patients concerning medication management, potential side effects, and overall wellness strategies.

Oversee and enhance the efficiency of retail pharmacy operations, with a focus on strategically promoting and managing inventory of wellness products and cosmetics.

Provide outstanding customer service to cultivate and sustain meaningful patient connections within the community.

Utilize social media and digital channels to bolster the pharmacy’s online presence and reinforce community health education initiatives.

Monitor stock levels, oversee the appropriate storage of pharmaceutical items, and keep precise documentation.

Requirements

Earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Harm.D) degree.

Holds an active and valid pharmacist license for professional practice.

Proficiency in a community pharmacy setting is highly desirable.

Demonstrates robust clinical expertise alongside exceptional customer service and communication abilities.

A meticulous approach to work is essential, along with the capacity for autonomous performance under minimal oversight.

Proficiency in wellness products, cosmetics, and retail pharmacy operations is highly beneficial.

Individuals possessing digital proficiency and a strong understanding of social media platforms will be viewed favorably.
