Key Responsibilities
Operations & Business Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth coordination across production, inventory, logistics, customer fulfilment, and vendor management.
Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, tailors, logistics partners, and other vendors to ensure quality production and timely delivery.
Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, fulfilment timelines, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Develop and improve operational systems, workflows, and processes that support efficient business growth.
Manage operational timelines for product launches, campaigns, collaborations, events, pop-ups, and collection releases.
Ensure seamless coordination between creative, production, customer service, and marketing activities.
Marketing & Brand Operations
Support and coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.
Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure consistency in brand storytelling, visual identity, and communication across all platforms.
Contribute ideas and strategies for growing brand awareness, audience engagement, customer retention, and community building.
Support ecommerce and sales growth initiatives through promotions, campaign coordination, and customer engagement strategies.
Monitor marketing performance, customer behaviour, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness to support data-informed decision-making.
Growth & Customer Experience
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, retention, loyalty, and overall brand perception.
Help build systems that support sustainable growth while maintaining the brand’s creative identity and customer experience.
Stay informed on fashion, streetwear, culture, digital marketing, and consumer trends relevant to the brand’s audience.
Analyse operational, marketing, and sales performance to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in operations, brand management, marketing, ecommerce, fashion operations, or related roles.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Understanding of fashion business operations including production coordination, inventory management, fulfilment, logistics, and vendor management.
Experience supporting marketing campaigns, content execution, social media coordination, influencer management, or brand growth initiatives.
A strong eye for fashion, aesthetics, branding, and cultural storytelling.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and creative environment.
