We are in search of a seasoned and proficient Senior Operations Manager to lead the strategic and tactical operational functions of our organization.

The Senior Operations Manager will partner with cross-functional teams across the organization to enhance operational efficiency, boost productivity, and support the company’s strategic growth initiatives.

Job Summary

Oversee and execute a range of critical tasks to ensure operational excellence, including managing daily workflows, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and implement strategic improvements that drive productivity and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, resolve challenges, and foster a cohesive work environment. Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Ensures adherence to security policies, regulatory mandates, and industry standards to safeguard organizational data integrity and confidentiality. Conducts risk assessments, implements protective measures, and monitors compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or SOC 2. Investigates security incidents, performs audits, and collaborates with stakeholders to mitigate threats and maintain compliance with legal and contractual obligations.

Formulate, implement, and uphold robust information security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the comprehensive protection of sensitive data and client information.

Work with external IT security teams to establish and maintain strong security protocols, such as access management, encryption methods, and periodic security assessments.

Ensure ongoing awareness of industry best practices and regulatory requirements in information security while maintaining the organization’s compliance standards. Partner with consulting teams to evaluate the feasibility of emerging tools and technologies, ensuring alignment with Infosec compliance guidelines.

Assume responsibility for the entire technology infrastructure, encompassing core central cloud-based systems, and guarantee their peak performance. Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy and sustain scalable, secure technology solutions.

Assess the implications of new technologies on operational processes while identifying opportunities for enhancement. Serve as a key intermediary between operations and client teams, collaborating closely to understand and fulfill unique client requirements and deliver outcomes that consistently meet or surpass expectations.

Resource Management involves strategic planning, allocation, and optimization of an organization’s assets—including human capital, financial resources, technology, and physical infrastructure—to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with overarching business objectives. This function encompasses budget oversight, workforce planning, resource forecasting, and performance tracking to minimize waste while maximizing productivity. Professionals in this role analyze data trends, identify gaps, and implement solutions to enhance resource utilization, ensuring that teams have the necessary tools and support to achieve their goals. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in resource management software, and the ability to collaborate across departments are essential for success in this position.
