You will report directly to the Head of Architecture and Design. Strong problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, effective creative thinking, and the capacity to maintain composure under pressure are critical requirements for this position. Attendance at weekly Command Centre Meetings and involvement in policy development aligned with the Safritecture Business Model will be by invitation only.
The (Mad)CC oversees the enhancement and efficiency of Safrititecture’s operations while leading staff development initiatives to elevate the organization’s overall effectiveness.
Additionally, you will craft strategic plans for operational enhancements, provide expert guidance to department leaders, and ensure adherence to tax regulations.
This position involves executing the organization’s strategic initiatives, developing policies, supporting budget formulation, and conducting human performance evaluations. Rather than operating reactively, it demands a forward-thinking approach.
