The Operations & Fulfillment Officer is tasked with establishing and maintaining the foundational operational framework that ensures the reliability and efficiency of our product line. Ensure meticulous, impeccable oversight of the physical inventory stockroom at the Granada Phase II facility, conducting weekly physical audits to reconcile discrepancies with digital stock logs.
Utilize premium branded corporate materials to meticulously and securely package NATO Vista frames and intricate prescription lens arrangements with a polished, professional finish.
Oversee and finalize daily agreements with local mainland and island-based motorcycle dispatch networks and trusted domestic courier companies, including DHL, GIRL, and FedEx, to ensure seamless nationwide delivery operations.
The Cash-on-Delivery (COD) financial pipeline operations must be meticulously monitored, with delivery logs reconciled against accounts in collaboration with the Office Manager and Managing Director on a daily basis.
Seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in project management and team leadership, preferably holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Microsoft Project or Asana, is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement, adaptability in dynamic environments, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Additionally, familiarity with Agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making is highly desirable.
Seeking candidates with 1–2 years of practical experience in e-commerce order fulfillment, inventory management, retail logistics coordination, or supply chain operational support.
Intermediate proficiency in spreadsheet applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, is required to ensure accurate stock records, manage color variations, and track dimensional codes efficiently.
