Responsibilities encompass overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, coordinating team activities to meet project deadlines, and maintaining high standards of quality control throughout all processes. Offer comprehensive assistance to administrative, financial, and human resources departments across all business units.

Diligently oversee operational activities to ensure they are completed within the specified budget and time constraints.

Responsibilities include overseeing budget distribution and controlling expenditures for all operational business activities.

Perform routine operational assessments and evaluations to ensure adherence to preventive maintenance protocols.

Establish measurable objectives to consistently surpass established performance benchmarks.

Offer expert direction to personnel in addressing and resolving operational challenges and issues.

Ensure the timely completion of resource assignment, work allocation, training development, and performance assessments.

Deliver outstanding customer service to cultivate and sustain enduring customer relationships.

Hold routine meetings with personnel to review operational developments, share insights, and address challenges.

Handle customer complaints promptly and accurately to ensure resolution.

Formulate and execute strategies aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively within a team and with stakeholders. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a track record of delivering results under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning. Experience in project management or leadership roles is preferred.

Professional candidates must have an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree, along with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
