Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Estate Management, Building Technology, or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in soft service facility management, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise to this role.
Demonstrated expertise in industrial cleaning processes, operating cleaning machinery, and handling cleaning chemicals proficiently.
Proficient in performing thorough post-construction cleaning inspections and developing accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) documentation.
Proficiency in post-construction cleaning is required. Candidates should possess hands-on experience in this specialized field, ensuring meticulous attention to detail to eliminate dust, debris, and any remaining construction residues. Familiarity with industry-standard cleaning protocols and the use of appropriate equipment and cleaning agents is essential to deliver high-quality results efficiently.
Capable of effectively leading and managing a team while providing guidance and oversight.
