Oversee and manage the core functions of the role, ensuring all critical tasks are executed efficiently and in alignment with organizational objectives. Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to enhance performance and productivity, while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster alignment and deliver cohesive results. Provide guidance and leadership to team members, promoting professional growth and accountability. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Monitor progress through regular evaluations and adjust plans as necessary to meet evolving demands.
Deliver industrial chemicals, laboratory equipment, and water treatment solutions to corporate clients while driving sales growth.
Proactively seek out and transform emerging business prospects within key sectors, including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, oil and gas, and research.
Develop and nurture enduring partnerships with procurement officers, laboratory managers, and pivotal decision-makers to foster collaborative and mutually beneficial engagements.
Develop comprehensive technical proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored specifically for potential clients.
Consistently surpass monthly and quarterly sales quotas by leveraging strategic approaches and maintaining a results-driven mindset.
Oversee field sales officers and deliver consistent performance reports to senior management.
