Our client, a leading hospitality technology firm, is in search of an on-site Operations Assistant to facilitate seamless day-to-day functions, ensure workflow efficiency, and foster alignment and productivity across teams.
What you will do:
Oversee everyday operational workflows and monitor advancements across various teams to ensure seamless progress and efficiency.
Diagnose and rectify operational inefficiencies, escalated incidents, and gaps in service delivery to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
Identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable enhancements to optimize workflows.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operational flow and maintain business continuity.
Compile and oversee operational reports, ensuring all data is meticulously documented and kept in precise records.
Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures to ensure seamless execution and adherence.
Perform various administrative and operational tasks as required.
What we are looking for:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with 2 to 5 years of professional experience in operations, administration, or a closely related field.
Exceptional analytical abilities and a forward-thinking approach are essential.
Proven proficiency in utilizing digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is required.
Effective articulation and meticulous organizational abilities are essential for this role.
Thrives in dynamic, high-speed settings while efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office applications is required.
