Job Summary

Omni Fresh seeks to broaden its decentralized cold-storage infrastructure in Lagos, recruiting a Business Development Manager to enhance utilization of its refrigerated and frozen storage facilities.

What you’ll do

Proactively source and establish partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, and importers to facilitate seamless integration into our supply chain network.

Secure long-term contracts for the leasing of pallet storage spaces, ensuring optimal utilization of available capacity and sustained revenue streams.

Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline to drive revenue growth and ensure consistent business expansion.

Translate market intelligence into tangible revenue-generating prospects through strategic analysis and actionable recommendations.

Spearhead the widespread adoption of Omni Fresh’s innovative cold-storage solutions across target markets to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

What we’re looking for:

Proven track record in business development or B2B sales roles is required.

Expertise in commercial strategies and effective negotiation techniques is essential.

Professionals with a background in fast-moving consumer goods, logistics, supply chain management, or comparable sectors are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in CRM systems and the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions are required.

Driven by clear objectives and consistently achieving sales targets through successful deal closures.
