Oversee a comprehensive range of duties centered on managing and executing critical operational tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maintaining high standards of efficiency and compliance. Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and drive continuous improvement across all assigned functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster seamless communication, streamline processes, and resolve complex challenges through innovative solutions. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear guidance, timely updates, and actionable insights to support informed decision-making. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices while upholding accountability for results and performance metrics.

Engage and cultivate relationships with potential clients spanning key industries to drive business growth.

Prospect and cultivate leads by leveraging cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach strategies to identify and engage potential clients.

Organize meetings and presentations for the business development team as required.

Foster enduring partnerships with clients and essential stakeholders to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual success.

Proactively track the progress of proposals, negotiations, and potential sales deals to ensure timely closure and maximize conversion opportunities.

Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, and sales activities.

Requirements

A relevant academic qualification, such as a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND), is required.

Proven track record of 1 to 3 years in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a closely related field is required.

Proficiency in Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial Sales, or Business-to-Business (B2B) sales environments is highly beneficial.

Proven ability to communicate effectively, negotiate adeptly, and cultivate strong professional relationships is essential.

Exceptional proficiency in identifying and cultivating new prospects, coupled with a demonstrated track record of generating high-quality leads.

Proactively driven by ambitious goals with a strong commitment to fostering business expansion and driving results.
