About the Role

A dependable, professional, and safety-focused Office Driver is required to facilitate the smooth functioning of our real estate company’s daily operations.

The successful applicant will be responsible for safely conveying staff, executives, and clients to meetings and property locations, in addition to maintaining company vehicles in excellent condition and ensuring they are always prepared for the road.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. Lead cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration to achieve organizational objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to facilitate smooth operations. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed to optimize outcomes. Develop and execute strategic plans that align with company goals, driving innovation and sustainable growth within the role’s scope.

Ensure prompt and efficient transportation services are provided for both clients and investors to and from the airport.

Responsible for overseeing vehicle management and maintenance operations, ensuring all fleet vehicles remain in optimal operating condition. This includes scheduling regular inspections, coordinating repairs, and maintaining accurate records of service history. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing vehicle assignments, monitoring usage metrics, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are required to efficiently handle maintenance requests and minimize downtime.

Perform daily commutes within Lagos and conduct thorough inspections to verify the vehicle remains in optimal roadworthy condition.

Maintain the company vehicle in a consistently clean, orderly, and professional condition at all times.

Responsibilities include overseeing fuel consumption monitoring, administering fleet documentation, and ensuring adherence to scheduled maintenance and service protocols.

Fulfill all obligations to maintain current vehicle documentation, including insurance policies, roadworthiness certificates, and operator licenses.

Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, maintaining files, and coordinating schedules. Handle data entry and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Organize meetings, arrange travel logistics, and assist with meeting minutes. Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support office operations efficiently.

We seek a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data management systems, and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are essential. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a proven track record of problem-solving and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and software tools is highly preferred. With a minimum of five years of professional corporate or executive driving experience, candidates possessing real estate industry knowledge will be at a significant advantage.

Proximity to key areas such as Leak Phase 1, Kate, Chevron, Ajax, or the broader Leak-Ajah corridor is required.

Minimum qualification required includes a Senior Secondary Certificate of Education (SSC) or West African Examinations Council (WAEC) certification.

Obtained a valid Nigerian Driver’s License, accompanied by an impeccable driving record, free of any violations or incidents.

Lagos road networks must be thoroughly understood, and expertise in utilizing both GPS devices and map navigation applications is essential.

Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and communication abilities are essential, along with a strong sense of punctuality, discretion, and unwavering trustworthiness.
