The OOH Sales Executive position is designed to boost revenue by uncovering, cultivating, and finalizing sales opportunities within billboard advertising, LED screens, transit media, and additional outdoor advertising formats. This role encompasses sourcing new clients, maintaining existing accounts, crafting proposals, negotiating agreements, and overseeing campaign implementation to meet client specifications. Candidates should possess in-depth familiarity with the Nigerian advertising sector, agency collaborations, and direct brand marketing frameworks.

Oversee and execute critical duties that drive operational excellence, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities. Lead key initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and optimize processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and maintain high-performance standards across all assigned areas. Develop and monitor performance metrics to track progress, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork while upholding compliance with policies, regulations, and industry standards. Serve as a liaison between departments, senior leadership, and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and alignment of objectives.

Skilled professionals will be responsible for researching and engaging with potential clients across diverse sectors such as leading brands, advertising agencies, small and medium-sized enterprises, political campaign teams, and nonprofit organizations to expand the company’s client base.

Cultivate and sustain a robust pipeline of prospective advertisers to ensure a continuous flow of new business opportunities.

Develop and sustain enduring partnerships with advertising agencies and brand managers to foster collaborative success.

Develop comprehensive media proposals, engage in strategic rate negotiations, and finalize contractual agreements with precision and professionalism.

Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate site bookings and ensure seamless campaign execution.

Evaluate campaign performance and furnish documentation verifying posting or execution.

Analyze revenue performance in comparison to established targets and compile weekly sales reports.

Track competitor actions and compile actionable market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.

Demonstrates familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing outdoor advertising in Nigeria, including guidelines set by the Lagos State Advertising Agency (LASSA), the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APRON), and applicable state-level bodies.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is required.
