The HUB’s main responsibility is maintaining the facility’s seamless operation. You will facilitate accurate storage and distribution of information among medical staff and to patients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and deliver high-quality results. Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement to drive operational excellence. Manage resources, including personnel and budgets, to optimize efficiency while maintaining accountability. Address any issues promptly and develop actionable solutions to mitigate risks and enhance team performance. Maintain open communication with leadership to provide updates and align on strategic priorities.
Professionally greet patients upon arrival and distribute necessary forms for completion.
Maintain and manage appointment calendars and related schedules with precision and organization. Ensure all scheduling activities are coordinated efficiently to support seamless operations.
Accurately convert physicians’ directives into written format, ensuring all medical instructions are documented with precision and clarity.
Responsible for accurately updating medical records and documenting patients’ vital signs in a timely and precise manner.
Prepare and obtain various official documents, including birth and death certificates, as well as discharge summaries, as required by the role.
Revise databases by entering and maintaining accurate patient details to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date records.
Work collaboratively with both clinical and administrative teams to foster cohesive, cross-functional partnerships.
Responsible for procuring necessary materials and resources in a timely manner to support operational needs, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained at all times.
