Job Summary
The organization is in search of an experienced and meticulous Radiographer tasked with interpreting a range of imaging modalities, such as x-rays, CT scans, ultrasounds, and MRI scans.
The successful candidate will assist in diagnosing patients by obtaining images of bones, organs, and human tissue.
This position is responsible for adhering to all prescribed safety regulations and standard operating procedures during the operation of radiation equipment to mitigate the risk of harmful exposure to ionizing radiation.
The individual will manage the operation of imaging equipment, ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols, report test findings, and gather patient histories through direct consultations.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, project management, and performance monitoring to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align resources, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Conducting a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including MRI, CT scans, X-rays, and ultrasound examinations, is a core responsibility of this role.
Professionally transmit test outcomes and their corresponding diagnoses to a patient’s primary physician in a detailed report.
Gathering comprehensive patient histories involves conducting thorough interviews with patients to collect pertinent medical information.
Ensure radiation safety protocols are strictly followed within the designated work area, which involves inspecting equipment for any malfunctions or discrepancies.
Attending all pertinent training sessions on treatment methodologies and equipment ensures you remain current with evolving industry standards and best practices.
Observe patients closely throughout and following radiation sessions to confirm appropriate therapeutic responses.
Ensure radiation levels are precisely calibrated in compliance with regulatory standards, and secure patient consent before proceeding with diagnostic imaging to meet all legal obligations.
Supervises and oversees the performance of radiography assistants and trainee radiographers to ensure adherence to established protocols and standards of care.
Compiling reports as necessary to meet organizational needs.
Radiographers are responsible for accurately documenting and preserving patients’ examination results while ensuring full adherence to the Data Protection Act and patient confidentiality guidelines.
Skilled professionals are responsible for developing films and processing digital images to produce high-quality radiographs, which are then provided to physicians for accurate interpretation.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of experience in software development, with at least two years in a leadership role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are critical. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also necessary. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is preferred. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Radiography, a comprehensive program equipping students with essential knowledge and practical expertise to excel in radiographic imaging. This degree provides rigorous academic coursework coupled with hands-on clinical training, ensuring proficiency in operating advanced imaging technologies, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs. Applicants must either have fulfilled the National Youth Service Corps requirement or possess a valid exemption certificate.
Proficiency in MRI scan interpretation will be considered a valuable asset.
2–5 years of professional experience obtained following the completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYC) program.
Skilled in utilizing Healthcare Management Systems with demonstrated expertise.
