Job Summary

A Sales Executive within a media and advertising firm is tasked with driving revenue growth by proactively identifying, cultivating, and closing new business prospects for advertising products and services.

This position requires cultivating and sustaining robust client relationships while gaining a deep understanding of their marketing objectives. Additionally, the role entails recommending tailored media solutions, including digital advertising, print media, outdoor placements, and broadcast campaigns, to effectively meet client needs.

The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and presenting persuasive sales presentations, engaging in contract negotiations, achieving predetermined sales objectives, and working alongside internal creative and media teams to guarantee seamless campaign implementation and high levels of client satisfaction.

Description

Secure prompt sales of available billboard inventory while maintaining accurate, up-to-date client records and CRM system entries.

Act as the main liaison between clients and advertising agencies, facilitating all communications and ensuring seamless interactions.

Propose strategic initiatives to enhance the organization’s market presence and strengthen its competitive advantage.

Track and manage follow-ups pertaining to client inquiries, campaign progress, payment statuses, and feedback submissions.

Oversee critical customer relationships while delivering regular progress reports to senior leadership.

Represent Devkit Media at meetings, events, exhibitions, and networking engagements, ensuring a strong and professional presence.

Ensure the meticulous management and upkeep of sales records and client databases to maintain their accuracy and integrity.

Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly activity and sales reports for submission.

Track advertising campaign effectiveness and ensure client satisfaction through ongoing evaluation and feedback analysis.

Partner with the operations and design teams to facilitate seamless project delivery.

Overseeing the primary functions of the position, your responsibilities will encompass driving strategic initiatives and ensuring operational alignment with organizational goals. You will collaborate cross-functionally to implement policies, streamline processes, and foster innovation across teams. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in software development, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, and familiarity with frameworks like Spring or Django is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are necessary. Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is preferred. Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders are required.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science degree and have accumulated between two and six years of relevant professional experience.
