OBJECTIVES
This initiative is designed to cultivate and empower young individuals with essential entrepreneurial competencies within the specified vocational fields while fostering collaboration between public and private sectors to enhance technical and vocational training models.
THE PROGRAMME
The program operates on a non-residential basis, featuring training sessions at the Supply Chain Academy of Nigerian Breweries Plc in Ibadan, alongside practical attachments across multiple brewery sites, including Lagos, Aba, Ibadan, Enugu, OTA, Jehu Ode, and Kaduna. Successful candidates will receive complimentary tuition, daily lunch provisions, a transportation allowance to cover commuting costs, and complimentary medical services.
The program is structured in a manner that does not grant trainees the status of employees of Nigerian Breweries.
A relevant academic background in a related field is required, with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or higher qualification from an accredited institution. Candidates should possess specialized training or certifications pertinent to the role, demonstrating a commitment to professional development. Equivalent experience in lieu of formal education may be considered, subject to review and approval by the hiring committee.
Applicants must meet the following qualifications, among others:
Proficiency in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry is required.
A Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Physics, Instrument Engineering, or Computer Engineering is required, with a minimum of Lower Credit from a recognized and accredited institution.
