E-Commerce and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Monitoring plays a vital role in overseeing and optimizing online sales operations and outsourced logistics services. This position requires diligent tracking of order fulfillment, inventory management, and delivery performance to ensure seamless customer experiences. Key responsibilities include analyzing logistics data, identifying inefficiencies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational workflows. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, inventory software, and logistics tracking tools is essential, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and the ability to interpret performance metrics are critical for driving continuous improvement in fulfillment processes.

Monitor and report on weekly third-party logistics (3PL) performance metrics, with a specific focus on cancellation rates by partner.

Provide assistance with the oversight of cancellation reports, which involves tracking cancellations resulting from product unavailability, incorrect orders, or fulfillment errors, and compiling weekly summaries.
Track and measure key performance indicators to evaluate progress toward objectives and identify areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving data-informed decision-making across all operations.
Weekly reports are consistently delivered with precision, punctuality, and a minimal need for revisions by the team.
