What You’ll Do
Core Verification Operations & Execution encompasses the meticulous planning, coordination, and implementation of verification processes to ensure compliance with established standards and protocols. Oversee the complete end-to-end vetting lifecycle, encompassing verification of educational qualifications, thorough reference checks for prior employment, confirmation of residential addresses, and comprehensive audits of credit histories.
Meticulously examine and validate the authenticity of all documents submitted by candidates—including certificates, transcripts, and identity documents—to identify any irregularities, missing information, or signs of falsification.
Field verification coordination involves managing and directing field verification officers or external agents to perform physical address checks, with a focus on achieving prompt turnarounds and maintaining data accuracy.
Stakeholder Engagement & Network Management: You will cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering collaboration across diverse networks. This role demands exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate complex dynamics, anticipate needs, and address concerns proactively. Highly skilled in utilizing data management tools, verification databases, and the advanced functionalities of Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Excel and Word—for comprehensive report generation.
